OUR VISION
OUR GOALS
To enrich Greater Cleveland—one property at a time—by delivering reliable-quality home maintenance, repair, landscaping, and renovation services. Through every project we supply the tools, trades, and transformation that turn houses into thriving, well-kept homes while building trust, skills, and opportunity within the communities we serve.
A region where safe, attractive, and energy-efficient homes are accessible to every resident, and where local men and women gain hands-on trade experience that elevates their careers and strengthens their neighborhoods. As we grow toward nonprofit status, Mengredients will blend contracting excellence with workforce training and community reinvestment—creating a lasting cycle of property pride, economic mobility, and environmental care.
To transform homes and lives across Greater Cleveland by offering top-quality landscaping, carpentry, repairs, painting, and renovation services. Our aim is to expand into workforce development and nonprofit programming—empowering local residents with skills, stable housing, and new opportunities, all through our core model of Tools, Trades, and Transformation.

MEET THE FOUNDER
THOMAS GARNER IV

Mengredients was founded by Thomas Garner IV—a Cleveland native who turned his skillset into a way forward when the world turned upside down. During the pandemic, Thomas, like many others, faced real challenges. Work slowed, resources ran thin, and survival meant relying on what you know. Using the trades he had mastered over years of hands-on work, he started helping neighbors and families in need—fixing, painting, building, cleaning—anything to get by and give back.
What began as a hustle became a calling. Mengredients was born not just from skill, but from necessity, grit, and community care. Today, Thomas leads a growing team committed to quality work and transformation—helping homeowners, property managers, and businesses improve the spaces they depend on, one job at a time.
