Welcome to the website of Mengredients, LLC (“Mengredients,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mengredients.org (the “Site”) and any service‑booking tools, contact forms, or content we make available (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the Site, scheduling an estimate, or otherwise engaging with us online you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or request our Services.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Estimates, Bookings & Payments
Free Phone Consultation. Users may schedule a complimentary phone consultation through the Site or our Calendly link.
Written Estimates. After an on‑site or virtual consultation we will issue a written estimate that is valid for the period stated on the document (or 30 days if no period is specified). Estimates are not binding until accepted in writing by both parties.
Change Orders. Any customer‑initiated change to the scope, materials, or timeline after acceptance of an estimate will require a written change order and may affect pricing and completion dates.
Deposits & Payment Schedule. Payment terms (e.g., deposits, progress payments, final balance) are set out in the accepted estimate or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due upon receipt.
Accepted Methods. We accept Zelle, CashApp, wire transfer, or other methods expressly approved in writing. You are responsible for all transfer fees charged by your financial institution.
Late Payments. Balances more than 10 days past due may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by Ohio law) and may result in suspension of work.
3. Scope of Services
Mengredients provides residential and light‑commercial services including—but not limited to—handyman repairs, landscaping and lawn care, minor carpentry, painting, light roofing and siding repairs, and related maintenance. We do not perform licensed plumbing, HVAC, gas, or high‑voltage electrical work. Where such trades are required, we can coordinate with qualified subcontractors or refer you to licensed specialists.
4. Scheduling & Site Access
Customer agrees to provide safe, reasonable, and timely access to the project site during normal working hours (8 a.m.–6 p.m. ET Monday–Saturday) unless we mutually agree otherwise.
Delays caused by inadequate access, unforeseen site conditions, inclement weather, or factors beyond our reasonable control may extend the completion date.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
Workmanship Warranty. Mengredients warrants that labor will be performed in a workman‑like manner for 12 months from the completion date. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship and does not cover normal wear, owner misuse, or damage by third parties or acts of nature.
Materials. Manufacturer warranties for materials or fixtures apply where available; Mengredients makes no additional warranties on materials beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
No Other Warranties. Except as specifically stated, the Site and Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mengredients’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim. In no event will Mengredients be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Mengredients and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
9. Suspension or Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our interests.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action must be filed in a state or federal court located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
